Response Needed Today!!!

Good Day, I took a Bolt taxi on 30th August from my house to the CPT airport. Upon booking it said it will cost R120 for the transfer. I got dropped off at 07:50 at the airport and the driver only finished my trip at 9am. I was therefore charged R353.00. I have now been waiting for 1 week for Kwabena to send me a response as I was not happy with the vouchers that he was going to issue me. This is the second time this month that this has happened to me.

If this is not sorted out today, I will reverse the charge on my card.
