Refuse to unblock my account

I have been using Taxify for a while and have referred many people. Now they have blocked my account because I have "too many duplicate accounts". I have 2 that I use, as I don't always have both devices on me and obviously both have different numbers. During the bus strike I have spent A LOT on Taxify but now they refuse to unblock my account.

I still have not received any help regarding the matter and I am constantly told that they can't fix the matter.
