Refund Please

Pathetic service from Taxify I am have trouble understanding how does someone ride in Durban for R641 on my card and yet the response I get is that my phone requested it and the driver arrived and took me yet my phone was off and the fact that the debit was only confirmed in the morning when i switched on makes it more bizarre I have requested for a refund and still to no joy please refund my R641 that you have taken. Do drivers not check if your card is linked that you are indeed the requester of the vehicle especially when your card is linked please refund my R641 back as I was not in the vehicle at all!!!!!
