Reckless driver got my partner and I in accident, injured her knee and damaged her cellphone

My partner and I were involved in an accident on vacation on 2018.09.08 and I have reported this on the app. The driver was different from the one shown on the app. He drove recklessly and bumped into another car. He didn’t even bother to check on us. My partner was the second passage suffered injuries to her knees and her phone is also broken due to the accident. I have reported this on the app and no one has bothered to get back to me!! This is unacceptable!
