Really Taxify !!!!!

Taxify is very helpful towards me but I think I should just switch back to public transport . I’m sick and tired of drivers saying they’ve arrived and they are no where in sight . And they are far from my pick up location . This has happened numerous times . I have so many issues with them . But I remember this because it just happened . A real low blow . I’m so disappointed.
