Re-payment

I requested Bold today, the driver pressed "Arrived" within a few minutes, I was billed for it and so far I have not been paid my money back. Before then I cancelled a ride because the driver took too long but I was still billed the full amount of the trip. Im starting to believe that this company is just full of ******.
