Promo Code issues

I requested a taxify on the 07/10, and had a promo code that gave R100 off. My total trip would've been R160 but because of the promo code it was meant to be R60. I requested a driver and he arrived and we were on the trip but when the trip finished it cost me R161, which was the original amount of the trip.

I tried to put in a complaint and a lady called Nombuso responded and she advised that she will give another promo code, I told her that I do not want a promo code but would like the R100 to be credited back into my card but she keeps telling me the promocode has expired.

I reported this matter before the promo code expired and when I requested it showed R60. Can I please have those funds credited back into my Card
