Pre-Checking Account

I took a taxify this morning with a driver named Wozani Walter. He took me and my college to our destination and brought us back to the office. So I decided to pay via card because I had no cash on me. I do know the do a pre-check when paying via card, and they took R100 out of my account, They have not put that money back and it still took out the to pay the driver. This is unacceptable, I do understand that they need to check, but put the money back.
