Poor service from taxify

Taxify double billed me for a trip I took and took funds from my account under the impression that it's a pre ride check but the funds haven't been returned since last week Thursday when my money was wrongfully taken.

I requested a ride with them on 5 July 2018 and I used my card as payment for the ride but the requested ride was declined so I requested another and opted for the cash payment but they still charged me for the ride I didn't take on my card. They then proceeded to take R80 from my account for a pre ride check that was never paid back to this day. So angry with the poor service and reckless behaviour with people's money. It's sickening and borderline *******.
