Poor service from Bolt

Over the month of December I have had countless people accepting my rides and starting the trip without me being in their car. I have lost over 300 rand of cash due to poor service and ********** drivers from Bolt. I am really disappointed with the type of service bolt has given to me as a loyal customer I have reported some of the drivers but my money was not returned into my account.
