Poor service from Bold

I would like share the following poor service that i experience from BOLD RIDE, I think they have poor service especial when you request the Ride. I choose payment method via my bank account abd the only problem about this method they charge you before the ride come and pick up you. Their Drivers sometimes they dnt pitch up and when you claim your money back from support on the bold app and they dnt respond. Meaning your charged for the ride that didnt happen. I already been charge for 3 trip that didnt happen
