Poor service

Your drivers are calling and confirming where we at and confirming where we going, then promise to be on their way, then cancel our rides, this is ridiculous and unacceptable. Why promise a customer that you're on your way when you don't have the intention of coming to pick them up? This is poor service and must be addressed with your employees
