poor service

As a first time user im extremely disappointed with your service. I was over charged R244 for my trip... I have requested for a breakdown and how did the calculate the trip. The support guy Ismail(Cape Town) keeps on telling me about the surge fee. They dont want to send me the surge fee report and how my trip came to R244
