Poor service

I requested a ride on the 8th of October 2018 in the morning and when i attempted to contact the driver he answered but played luad music for me to listen to instead of him talking on the line, upon arrival the driver did not mention that he is not taking card payment, driver than told me that the company does not pay him his money if customers make card payments and he does not have petrol to take me to my destination. He thereafter dropped me off at a petrol station and told me to get another ride and he charged me for what i dont know because he did not take me to my destination. Mind you i had bags and i was carrying a baby of which he failed to consider.
