Poor service

My account is blocked - because their driver wen to incorrect address which I had to walk to look for him by the time I found him he cancelled the trip, then made a new one but his phone could not press to start the trip which he cancelled again made a new one which eventually worked. This was 3 weeks ago sent numerous messages on their app for support till today they have not rep****. this is so devastating because it is raining I can not request a trip why I do not understand. Poor service !!
