Poor service

Taxify is acting irresponsible of their clients(vehicle owner) when trying to contact them they never pick up the phone, as from the 17 May 2018 ive been trying to get them to link my new driver with the car so that the car will start operating but up until today nothing has been done and no response is given to me there is no hope with taxify, their training centre mostly in Durban is changing all the time which makes it difficult to liaise with them.
