Poor poor service

Poor service. First time there was an issue they offered me a R50 voucher which I have never received. Their phones don't work. Now I sent my wife a promo code so she can start using Taxify, but they still charged full rate despite promising a R150 discount. They also promise a R250 discount if someone new uses your promo code. I didn't receive that either. Uber might cost a bit more but they are transparent in their dealings.
