Poor customer support

I had a physical harassment incident with a taxify driver.Complaint raised in all channels to get a response from the customer service team so as to get the driver held accountable.So far,no response and absolutely no support from Taxify.This experience affected me as a lady more than the company realizes.I don't recommend using Taxify,drivers aren't safe and customer support is lacking
