Poor Cab Service . Taxify

This must be worst experiences, I ever had with a company .

I don't normally use a cab service but of late I've had to. Late last year I requested a service to Kalk bay to my house in Lakeside ,for my mother and I . To my shock the cab was requested but never showed and yet I was charge . This on a dark summers night two Ladies alone on the sidewalk waiting for a service .

I decided to give TAXIFY another try but removed my payment card from the app. I normally order a service on Sundays to church and I discover that drive drive pass me and start my ride whiles they claim that they were dropping of other clients . This after seeing them driving past me in plain sight, with no clients in the car.

I request a trip for Lakeside to Constantia Glen on Mother Days, on which also was my moms birthday. I texted the drive were I was waiting ,as they always rock up Late . Or turn up at the wrong address. He showed up, 45min late despite him being in Steenberg as the App showed. I got in the car he agreed,and my guested greet back . I calmly said, I need to give him direction to the farm and he didn't reply. He then drove past the route, I wished to take which would had been faster. When I questioned this ,he told me he has to follow the GPS . To which I said ,"I'm the client he should listen to me ". Then he pulled the car over and told me to get out . I then simply vacated the vehicle . I notice he didn't cancel my ride which stop me from re-booking, he made me wait 15mins before he drove off and canceled the ride . I got another cab and missed my reservation at the restaurant. Go figure !

When trying to book a cab yesterday I saw that i have been block from the app ,as I have an upstanding amount for this trip of R20.00

I can't believe that complaint I lodged about " Raymond driver" was ignored ,but TAXIFY is trying to make contract ,about a R20.00 to a side walk address that has nothing there .

Drives are always late Drives are Rude or condescending

The never have changes on them And now are ***** for staring trips early
