Please Refund Me ASAP

Hi there, I cancelled a trip that was requested using card payment. I cancelled the trip because the driver was standing at one place for about 10mins while ignoring my messages and calls. My funds were not refunded, please refund me. I have had no feedback from your help/support on the application.

This is ridiculous - Bolt/Taxify is extremely unreliable and just proved how much you cannot be trusted!
