Please help me or any advice I could get

Hello Peter I am so sad about what happened to me on the 9 December, my friend and I we were from Maponya mall with my kids at around 19:00 to 19:15. It was Sunday evening my friend requested a bolt it arrived but I was surprised that the person who appeared on the Pic was not him, we asked him he was cool and explained that when they took his Pic they placed a wrong Pic we did not have a problem with that. My problem is when we took off from his car I was holding my 8month baby I then forgot my handbag with my belongings, inside the bag the was my purse with 3000,a cellphone my babies stuff.We realised that within 15mins and tried to call this guy his phone went to voicemail till today, when I tried calling my phone it runged until it went voicemail on that day. We contacted the support from bolt even today I haven't got my things My ID, bank cards I had to redo everything n I lost so much many.The guy name was Takalani Ndou we told them we forgot the other numbers of his registration but recalled it was FX79...after 79 we don't remember what comes there. Please can I get help with this matter because they told me they tried sending him emails and he hasn't responded but it's almost 8weeks no outcome
