Phone ****** by Taxify driver

I am very much upset with the level of service which my unpleasant experience has been handled with. On the 31 December 2018 I took a trip with the driver name Nkululelo Xulu and I asked to charge my smartphone which the driver gave me the go ahead. When I jumped off the vehicle I forgot my phone in the car .I contacted the taxify service via email and they called the next day telling me that the driver does not know the phone. what I was told by the company representative smangaliso stated by the driver, is a diffirent story to what the drivers says. the driver is still working and my phone is not back. I have not heard from the company ever since
