Phone snatched by taxify driver

I was ****** of my cellphone by the taxify(bolt) vehicle that was supposed to pick me up. The car showed it had arrived on the app but nobody was in sight. Then a car matching the requeated ride came by, the passenger door opened, someone from behind snatched my phone and got into the car then it drove off. When i complain to taxify they say they will not release vehicle registration number of driver's vehicle. The same driver is still working the streets as we speak
