Pervert for a driver

A very close friend of mine used a taxify last night, when she got home, she had lots of things so the taxify guy offered to assist, of which that was very kind of him my friend agreed, but told him to leave everything on the floor next to the door she'll take it from there, the guy did and left, so my friend assumed. A few minutes she had a knock on the door it was this guy, he asked to use the loo, my friend directed him to the outside bathroom, after a few minutes, he came back knocked and noticed that my friend is alone in the house he then started to touch and say inappropriate things to my friend, lucky the door was opened and he heard steps and people's voices coming, he then left. My friend was terrified couldn't sleep, didn't sleep at all and is still is. Now the question is where exactly are we safe in this country if you can't even be safe in your own home? It December now people are going now more than any other month and you avoid driving because you'll be drinking but who are you gonna call to come pick you up if the same people that must take you home decide to take advantage of you? I'm so disgusted by all this and no one close to me will ever use taxify again.
