Payment fool

<p>I have signed up to the app and was emailed two promo codes, one for the signing up and an additional one of R150. I made use of the 'service' last week on Fathers day. First of all the app is a bit wonky as i have tried to request a cab with the card payment hence changing it to cash payment option. Not knowing that its not as advanced like Uber Ive assumed it would automatically pick up the promo ride as I have entered it upon requesting the ride. What happened was the total opposite, I was banking on the free ride and paying in the difference but ended up having to pay a stiff fee at the end of the ride. I have emailed Taxify and direct messaged them on Facebook. Their facebook reply was that I will be given another promo code of R100. Which brings me back to where Ive started with just the signing up promo and less the additional R150 as per the email sent from a Linda. The promos I got where for some reason after the ride INVALID. I suppose the best part of the ride was the sc****d and dented fender on the white Honda. Needless to say I could kick myself for not just taking an Uber, which wouldve anyway worked out less!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>deleted my app!</p>
