Paying for a service I DID NOT REQUEST!!!

The driver, whom I did NOT request, declared I pay him the amount that the client who DID request the service did not pay. He had a valuable item of mine in which I was held at ransom and forced to give up unless I pay him the amount he was not paid. I HAD to give up an item that I OWN to pay for a service that I DID NOT REQUEST IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!
