Pathetic support
I desperately needed support to help clarify an issue with trying to understand why my charge in having requested for someone else, it ended up by me billed off my card, almost four times the estimated quote amount. Nobody is willing to assist with this.

They showed empathy and even went as far as giving me a promo for my ride. I take all what I said back, it was my error and they really helped in getting me to understand that.
