Pathetic Service

Taxify never responds to peoples queries.

i have sent them numerous emails with regards to the problems i am having on the app but no one ever responds.

I left Uber because Taxify was more convenient for me but i wish i did not leave Uber in the first place. Taxify service is pathetic and that Linda guy only sends promotions but does not respond to actual queries.
