Pathetic company - not worth using.

Bolt, formally taxify is a ******* company to both their customers and their drivers. About a month ago, Bolt decided to increase their rates, however, the driver still received the lousy rates. Their excuse was they’re spending money on promotions and safety measures, non of which has materialized. They ran promotions for about a week and that was is. There prices are exactly the same as Uber if not more. They don’t seem to care much about their drivers or the customer who use their service, it’s all about how much more money they can make. With Uber, as a driver you are at least guaranteed work, and as a customer, you’re guaranteed quality service.

Who whomever is reading this, don’t wast your money on Bolt/Taxify, they’re a bunch of *******s. Don’t support this kind of business! Take my advise and stick with Uber, it’s in your best interest.

Just bare in mind, there’s a reason they changed their name, it’s because of the bad stigma attached.
