Overcharged for Taxify Trip

I booked a trip at about 3.30am on the 17th of November which was friday morning after work. The estimate was between R120-R160 of which I have a screenshot to prove. The driver took the recommended route and there was no traffic not any delays however when I arrived I was charged R215 as per the driver's taxify app. The order ID is ********** 0. I was bewildered by this and immediately requested support online from Taxify. I have yet to receive any feedback. I am completely shocked by the overcharge and non compliance of Taxify. I want an explanation and a refund of the excess amount. I will never use taxify again and most certainly do not recommend it to anyone.
