Overcharged by taxify driver nkosinathi

On the 29 June 2019 i requested a taxify ride using the mall wifi. The driver was nkosinathi, drives a white polo. When i got to my destination he said the price was R78, had no data at the time to confirm the price so i paid. When i got home i realised he had overcharged me, the correct amount was R51. I called him to ask why he had ****** me thinking he would apologise, but his response was I should leave me alone and hung up on me. I tried calling him again but he had blocked my number. This is poor service, he is a ***** and is extremely rude. My family and I will never take a taxify ride ever again. I know its little money thats why i expected an apology but it's his attitude that disgusts me. Taxify needs to deal with this driver or they will continue to lose clients.
