Overcharged by a Taxify driver.

I requested a Taxify 07:10am 06 July 2019. When the car arrived the driver (Fatai) was with his female friend who was sitting in the front sit. He then took a different route to go drop of his friend. From there he took me to my destination. When we arrived he told me that the fee is R34, when I received my receipt it was R22. Taxify drivers are so rude and inhuman. I want my money back.
