Overcharged and promo codes don't work

First time I used taxify I was charged $35 more than was quoted. After 8 emails I got compensation through promo codes. 2nd time using taxify the promo codes do not work. After 10 emails this was their final reply, "Thank you for your response.

We can not refund a trip that took place.

Learn from my mistake, just don't take Taxify because if you are overcharged or having any issue with promo codes you won't be refunded. Uber and Ola have much better customer service and the refund process is so much faster.
