Overcharged

So today I requested a ride from work to my place which is less than 5ks, as I was boarding the ride R100 was debited from my account and I was surprised because the estimate that I got before I requested the trip was R16-R26, at the end of the trip as the driver was ending the ride he showed me that the trip was R19 and at that very same moment an amount of R19 was again debited from my bank account, i believe that the R19 is what i was supposed to pay for that trip but I cannot understand where the R100 went to but it was debited by taxify/bolt and had the same reference as the second debit, and I'm not getting any assistance from taxify even though I've send emails and messages on their support page.
