Overcharged

I took taxify(Bolt) on the 22/05/2019 and I was charged R21 for the trip however on my credit card I was debited R80 and I sent an email to ********** regarding this billing and up until now I'm still waiting for them. I want my refund and I need explanation why I was over charged.
