Overcharged

I have reported two incidents to Taxify and no one has resolved them. One of their drivers didn't end the trip when I got off, I called him twice to advise that I am being overcharged and he said his battery died, I was charged more. Same thing happened yesterday, I got off and the driver didn't end the trip of which was the same thing I noticed when I got into his car, he ended the previous trip when he was starting mine, meaning the previous customer was also a victim of this. I called the driver and he dropped the phone and ended the trip. This seems to be a new **** amongst these drivers now and I want to be refunded back the extra kilos please. If they do this to someone who's sober, how much more are they *********** drunk customers.
