overcharged

I have recently been using Taxify due to the crazy bus strikes, I have been making use of the promo on a website called Hyperli, where I purchase a R200 taxify voucher for R29.

From work (claremont) to my home in Mitchell's plain my ride is at about R190, however taxify charged me an additional R40 and I have sent them a number of emails and have not recieved a response as yet.

I am really unhappy with their service and their lack of communication... I want my refund as I am not paying in total R269 for a R190 drive
