Overcharge

I requested the bolt taxi and they gave me a quote which was what I usually pay for the trip. The driver came and I got in, but on our way to the requested destination I received a notification that I have reached my destination of which I never requested such destination. As I was paying via car, I was I was billed for such tri which was triple my quoted trip and the driver was useless in helping me in that situation.

I logged a complaint with the taxi services (bolt/ taxify) and instead of fixing the problem and refund me my money they rather insulted me by giving me a discount for my next trip.
