Over charged for a taxify trip that wasn't even my trip and over 6hrs later no response

Today I booked a taxify from Bokaap to Sea Point was quoted R35-40 so I book it, at the end of my trip I was debted for a trip from Bokaap to welmoed firgrove Rural which was R387 but that was not my trip?? Was charged incorrectly not sure how this even happens?? I mailed a query to support and I have still not heard back over 6hrs later???? Taxify your level of support service is shocking!!
