Over charged and incorrect address on the recept

<p>My man requested taxify for me from Park station to home in HORISON View, on the 31st of January.Usually from Jhb to HORISON View I pay a maximum of R150, but on this morning we were charged(R310) we took same route that we always take when we from town to home using taxify and there was no traffic...When I logged in a query I was told that the R140-R150 was just an estimate, I mean that's not even close to the money we payed!! Even the recept that was sent to us had the incorrect address,but still they refused to look into this issue!</p>
