Over charged

<p>I took a trip with a taxify car driven by kgabo on Friday 4th November 2016 at around 19:30. The trip was less than 3km but I was charged R380.00. kgabo the driver was very helpful and advisedo me that he sent an email to management. he gave me Clinton's number ********** 186 and Linda's number ********** 431 but both of them don't answer the phone. I sent a message on the app but there was no response. I want my money back and they don't seem to be accessible. </p>
