Over charged

M really not happy with the service received from the service operator of bolt / Taxify I have there’s no way to contact them besides on the app and this person by the name of Acwenga just rep**** one to my text after that they are just ignoring my text and honestly at this moment I believe Uber is better yes we pay a few rands extra but you get the best service there I was over charged they acknowledged that the mistake was on their side but now I am not getting any feedback as to how will I get refunded and when very bad service
