Over charge

Myself and my husband took taxify home on the 26th they estimated us between R175 - R225 from Cape Town to Mitchell's Plain. We then got R150 off as he was a 1st time user of Taxify. When I finally checked how much we were charged they deducted a R60 + R70 + R5 off my account minutes after each other. If i add the R150 + R70 + R60 +R5 = R285 a whole R60 more than what the estimated price ended at.

Now I know the price is only estimated but this is ****************!!!!!!

I want a refund to my account ASAP
