Over billing

The drivers are a bunch of ******. My bill was R27. The driver drove some minutes from my destination until the bill was R45And started phoning me to end the trip because he had no network. Plus he did not leave my sister at requested destination. He asked her to walk to the destination because cause he was rushing for another customer. This is totally wrong ****************. People should stay away from these ******
