Nuts and bolt-s

Had a recent trip with a bolt taxi service. I chose to do a cash trip cause had cash on me. Getting the money ready to pay I accidently gave the driver the wrong money wen getting out. He obviously new the money was wrong because he will check it like any normal person would do. I had given the driver to much money. As he was driving away I call him to stop so I can get the money back. He tells me no he is on a trip he can. How the hell I mean I can still see your car it is like 50 metres from me. He says no. He acknowledge that I gave to much money and was giving me some story that he can only give it back wen he gets paid. Why u then just had the money. I have informed bolt of this and they are if no help. I have asked for help in getting the money back they tell me I must speak to the driver. What nonsense so if something happens to u in a bolt you must speak to the driver? If the driver is rude your must speak to him? If the driver is inappropriate you must speak to him? Then why is there a support line? Is this just to make it look like they will help u. I have since tried to communicate with Bolt again. But as expected no response.
