No response about my ****** phone

<p>on the 30 of July 2017 I requested a taxify ride from Fox street to Bramley at 04:32, my driver was Sipho Gift, as we were about to leave, we were stopped by local cab drivers at gunpoint and was forced out of the car, I then forgot my phone inside the car and your driver left with it, I tracked the phone's location and the last known location was Sandton yesterday afternoon at 16:40!!!! Please help me in providing me with Sipho's number so I can call him to check his car before it is too late, please I really need my phone, it's a grey and black iPhone 6!! I have sent similar emails to the taxify support for them to assist me in retrieving my driver's information but nothing has been done, even the owner (that's if he is) by the name of Linda I sent him an email but he hasn't rep**** to me!!!!! I feel as though there shouldn't be a support centre if it is not being attended to on a daily basis, we work hard for everything that we have and we earn our money, for a company whom we based our trust on and trust with our lives not to show even a bit of empathy is really unorthodox! I need answers!!!!!!</p>
