No response

I left my house key in the taxify and upon calling the driver he tells me that I need to pay R300 for him to bring the key or else come to he's house in Tembisa to fetch it!! seriously??? I have already sent a message to taxify but with no response. is this really how taxify do their business??? I'm so frustrated right now because just looking at all these reviews about taxify none of them responded to, its even pointless writing this...im dealing this APP and telling everyone I know to do so
