No further response from Taxify facilitators or Management

I had a bad experience in a taxify ride on 23 June. Receive a response on Monday the 26th. I am not happy about the way my concerns were dealt with, and I will not accept a mere R 100 voucher. I have emailed and outlined my concerns and no one has cared to respond.

Please see all correspondence below and sort this out? I will be taking this further should I not receive a reponse by close of busness on Tuesday the 11th.

From: Pretty Tsholofelo Ndlovu ********** />Sent: 29 June 2017 07:16 PM
To: Kristo from Taxify
Subject: Re: I have a problem. What happens if I decide to use your voucher only to get driven by the same driver?

I'd like my R300 back, because the trip wasn't worth it, the service wasn't worth it.. the entire experience wasn't worth my money at all.

Kristo, if you're unable to assist me, kindly forward this email to someone who can assist please?

Please can we have this resolvedby close of business on Monday 3rd July?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

From: Kristo from Taxify **********
Date: 2017/06/28 13:30 (GMT+02:00)
To: **********
Subject: Re: I have a problem. The code is RSA6699 and instructions on how to use and apply it can be found here:
https://blog.taxify.eu/2015/05/promo-code/

Regards,

--
Kristo from Taxify

On Mon, Jun 26, 2017 at 06:21 PM, "Pretty Ndlovu" ********** wrote:
Hi Kristo
Thank you, please investigate.
He also mentioned that he preferred being paid cash as Taxify owes him a lot of money. It might be the same and only driver who has ever given you hassles. Please look into this.
Thanks,
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Regards,
Pretty

On Mon, Jun 26, 2017 at 02:19 PM, "Kristo Sillaste" ********** wrote:
Hi Pretty,
We're sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with one of our drivers, it's certainly an experience I would not like to have myself.
I will contact the driver about this and get back to you as soon as he replies as we need to hear something from his side also before we take action.
Regards,

On Mon, Jun 26, 2017 at 12:32 PM, "Pretty Ndlovu" ********** wrote:
I travelled for the first time in a taxify of Friday the 23rd and it was the worst taxi experience of my life.
The car was practically unroadworthy and I am wondering if taxify ever checks the standard of their cars.
In between the harsh breaking and fast sharp corner turns we had to bear the awful smell in the car. We took 55 munites to a 20 minute drive. The driver ignored our directions and decided to follow his own.
I am truly disappointed in the substandard service and I suggest you get this guy off the road as he is giving your customers the most terrible impression about taxify.
Also, the trip wasn't worth the R300 that I had to pay, I am requesting a full refund please?
On Mon, Jun 26, 2017 at 12:24 PM, "Pretty Ndlovu" ********** wrote:
I have a problem.
