No communication from taxify johannesburg office

I took a taxify on the 24th september 2018, from Maboneng to Soweto and when I got, I later realised I forgot my phone in the car. Managed to trace the driver called him to ask about my phone and he said he saw the phone, but after dropping me he took some lady to the airport and gave her my phone as he thouught it was hers. Apperently the lady called him the following day telling him that the phone its not hers. He said he will help me to communicate with the lady so we can arrange how to get my phone from Cape town to Jozi but that never happened till this day . I have send couple of e-mails to taxify Johannesburg office, but I dont get any response regarding this matter .
