Nightmare trips day in and out

<p>I use the Taxify service every single day as I don't have a car. I was a customer of uber a very loyal one but was put off by sometimes ridiculous prices and the fact that sometimes without your knowledge drivers cancel and R25 is charged to your next trip. I have been using taxify round about since it's beginning around May last year. At first it was amazing as the prices were cheaper than uber. It was amazing when they started to move all over Gauteng and not just the Johannesburg region. Now it's one of the worst things ever created. It's like the just pick any random guys to drive their cars as some of them don't even use the correct navigation it will take you on a round trip costing you more than the estimated price. The navigation system loses signal almost every single time I use taxify so we waste time trying to get signal back meaning more gets charged to the trip. I once had a driver bluntly telling me that I'm stupid because I should've suggested a route at the beginning of the trip. Basically I'm going to still with uber maybe pray harder to God for a car because taxify gets worse everyday. The worst drivers ever </p>
